Account Rules page

The account rules page is used to display and manage the account rules for a participant that is a receiver, recipient, or both.

Account rules support the following types of authorization services.
  • authorization filters
  • blocking filters
  • positive pay
  • stop pay

Columns

The columns that are available on the page are shown in the following table.

Column name Description
Selection control The first column on the page is used to select one or more account rules from the list.
Account number The account number of the account to which the account rules are associated.
Account type The type of the account to which the account rules are associated.
Bank code The bank code of the account to which the account rules are associated.
Authorization check Indicates whether authorization filter checking is enabled for this account.
Authorization filters The number of authorization filters for this account. The number is a link to the authorization filters page to display the authorization filters that are defined for this account.
Blocking filters The number of blocking filters for this account. The number is a link to the blocking filters page to display the blocking filters that are defined for this account.
Positive pay check Indicates whether positive pay rules are enabled for this account.
Positive pay The number of positive pay rules for this account. The number is a link to the positive pay page to display the positive pay rules that are defined for this account.
Stop pay The number of stop pay rules for this account. The number is a link to the stop pay page to display the stop pay rules that are defined for this account.

Actions

The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
  • Open documentation opens the help page.
  • Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
  • Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the account rules that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those account rules that match what was typed in the search field.
  • Refresh redisplays the list of records to show any new records and the updates that are made to existing records.
  • Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
  • Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the page.
  • Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
  • Create displays the account rules page to add an account rule.
  • Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
  • A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
  • Select all selects all the rows in the table.
  • Delete or Option > Delete deletes the selected authorization filters.
  • Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
