Customer Activity Report Task
This task allows the user to automatically run the customer activity report for all customers. It can also run the report for a specific business day and category. The format of the report output is specified in the task configuration. For more information about this report, see Customer Activity Report.
The following steps are necessary to implement this report task in the Services Framework:
- Register the customer activity report task
- Configure the customer activity report task.
- Set the appropriate configuration parameters for report processing
- Schedule the customer activity report task configuration to run on a recurring basis
