Services Framework task status and actions

The following topics describe how to do various CIFF extract tasks. By default, the extracted images for an entry are in the archived status and cannot be extracted again unless the extract mode is set to restart. The extract check can be overridden with the entry re-extracts configuration option. When an entry is extracted again, a new extract file is generated.
