When this check begins, the following message is logged:

IZLPB087I: Start check: missing return transactions - processing window {0}.

If any rejected transaction for the closing processing window does not have an associated return item, the window is not closed, and the following message is logged:

IZLPB030I: Processing window {0} is late. For inbound presentment [{1}], the following transaction(s) have been {2}, but a return transaction has not been generated: {3}

When this check has completed, the following message is logged:

IZLPB088I: Finished check: missing return transactions - processing window {0}.
