Overridable batch check

When this check begins, the following message is logged:

IZLPB078I: Start check: overridable inbound batches - processing window {0}.

If any inbound batch for the business day of the closing window is accepted and overridable, the window is held open and the following messages are logged:

IZLPB054I: Processing window {0} is late. The following inbound batches are overridable (this list is a subset of all overridable transmissions, 25 max): {1}

IZLPB058I: Processing window {0} is late. There are [{1}] inbound batches that are overridable.

If all of the following conditions are met, then this message is logged:

IZLPB059I: Processing window {0} is late. There are [{1}] processing batches that are overridable.

• Any processing batch for the business day of the closing window is overridable.
• The related inbound transmission is accepted or it is rejected and overridable.
• The related inbound batch is accepted or it is rejected and overridable.

When the overridable batch check has completed, the following message is logged:

IZLPB079I: Finished check: overridable inbound batches - processing window {0}.
