Unable to register the task

Problem

Services Framework cannot find the class name for the registered task.

Solution

Perform the following:

Ensure that the class name specified for the task is correct. The class name is case sensitive.
Ensure that the JAR files needed by the Billing tasks have been copied to the shared library path for Services Framework
Ensure that WebSphere® Application Server was restarted after the files were copied.
