Processing proprietary incoming files

When a custom file reader is registered, the Gateway Server uses the extension of the proprietary incoming transmission, registered transmission type, and file suffix information to identify and load the corresponding file reader. When the file reader is loaded, Gateway Server communicates with it using the interfaces that are implemented.
Note: Routing instructions for proprietary incoming transmissions can be defined in the local processing control file of the Gateway Server or in the routing XML file of the Transaction Server. It is recommended to deliver a separate routing XML file (RTE) with each proprietary incoming transmission that is delivered to the Gateway Server.
