Explanation

Business Rules Server

An exception occurred, which caused the workflow to fail to initialize.

This message is also used to log track-it errors in addition to service exceptions. A track-it error is an internal error that indicates that Business Rules Server received records for validation in an unexpected order.

Operator response

Use the message text, xxx, to correct the problem and try again.

If this message is for a track-it error, report the error to IBM® Support. One of the following procedures might correct the problem.

Use the physical transmissions page in the user interface to restart the transmission.
Restart Business Rules Server.
