This log is only written by the FileTrackingEventHandler. When a message is sent by the FileTrackingEventHandler, a WIP record (a service manager request) is generated. If a business day is not associated with the file tracking entry, an attempt is made to obtain the current business day ID instead. If a database connectivity issue arises, processing continues even though no business day ID was obtained, and therefore a WIP record cannot be created.

Look for logs that are related to connectivity issues and determine whether any action is necessary to restore connectivity.
