Installation and setup

The FTM store and release sample application is implemented to run on IBM® App Connect Enterprise. The topics and subtopics that are in this installation and setup section describe the files and procedures that you need to install and deploy this sample application.

Package structure

The FTM store and release sample application is provided as compressed files that are also project interchange files. These files can be imported into Rational® Software Architect (RSA) and . The installation files and scripts that you need to use for this sample application must also be extracted from these compressed files.

This sample application is provided in the following files.
  • FXH_Store_Release_Sample.zip
  • For the FTM Core projects, FXH_Core_Projects_WMB.zip.
  • For the Generic Model projects, FXH_GenericModel.zip.

The files that you need are provided in the FTM artifacts pod and must be downloaded from the pod. For more information about getting files from the artifacts container for your offering, see Getting the files from the artifacts container for your FTM offering.

The compressed (project interchange) files for this sample application contain the projects that are shown in the following table. IBM App Connect Enterprise projects can be imported directly into the . RSA projects can be imported directly into the Rational Software Architect toolkit.

FTM StoreAndRelease Sample App Model The FSM model for the store and release sample application (RSA project).
FTM SWIFT MT Flows finsample project that contains inbound and outbound mappers.
Note: Because the FSM and configuration database scripts are provided, the FTM StoreAndRelease Sample App Model project is not needed to use and run this sample application. However, the project contains the FSM model and can be used with the FSM SQL extractor to reproduce the database scripts for the FSM and configuration.
