States
The segments page has a separate column for each of the states of a segment. A check mark is shown in the column when that state is complete. If a check mark is displayed, move the cursor over the check mark to show more information about when the state was complete.
The following table shows the state columns that are displayed on the segments page.

| IQA | Gateway ran Image Quality Analysis on this segment. | Yes |
| Loaded | Information on when all transactions are inserted. | No |
| Record Error | The segment has a record error. | Yes |
| Rejected | The segment was rejected. | Yes |
| Repaired | All of the transactions in this segment completed repair processing. | Yes |
| Reviewed | All of the transactions in this segment completed image review processing. | Yes |
| Validated | All of the transactions in this segment completed validation processing. | Yes |
