Task registration

To register a task, do the following steps:
  1. Go to the task registry page in Control Center and select the Register Task link.
  2. Complete the following fields:
    • Task class name. For the specific task class names to use, see the task class names table. The names must be entered exactly as they are shown.
    • Task name
    • Description
  3. Click Verify. If verification is successful, the configuration parameters are displayed. If verification doesn't succeed, an error message is displayed.
  4. Click Register.
