To send customer defined files, the user creates a directory and configures the snapshot utility to include that directory. All files and subdirectories in the specified directory are added to the snapshot file. Place any additional files to send, such as a set of input files that are causing errors and a readme file, into this directory before the snapshot is created.

Use the snapshotUserPath configuration parameter to specify the directory of files to be added to the snapshot. Specify the directory as either an absolute or a relative path. By default, this configuration parameter is blank and the files are not added to the snapshot.
