Duplicate Detect connection to Transaction Server

Duplicate Detect can use the Transaction Server to retrieve images to display in the Duplicate Detect console. To use Transaction Server to retrieve images, ensure that the correct version of the Transaction Server txsvrcli.jar file is used and the namespace XML has the image request handler configured properly.
