Distributing the SDK

IBM® provides an SDK that you can use to simplify the implementation of a Java™ application that uses RESTful web services. This SDK is delivered as JAR files. Javadoc information and samples that show how to use the SDK are also provided. Administrators that have access to the SDK directory can distribute the files to the RESTful web services client application developer. For more information about the web services that are provided by each Common Services component, see Supported web services.

The SDK JAR files, the Java sample files, and the Javadoc information are located in the SDK/WebServices directory within the SDK.

The files for the software development kit (SDK) are provided in the FTM artifacts pod and must be downloaded from the pod. For more information about getting files from the artifacts container for your offering, see Getting the files from the artifacts container for your FTM offering.
