Notes:
  1. After a payments file is received, the FTM FileInput node processes the messages that are read from the file and propagates each of the fragments to the FXH.FRAG_SAMP.CREDIT_TXFR_IN_PACS queue.
  2. After all outbound fragments arrive on the FXH.FRAG_SAMP.CREDIT_TXFR_OUT_PACS outbound queue, the FileOutput node processes the data to a directory that is specified in the FTM fragmentation application.
