Outbound Acknowledgment

Only a task that ended in failure and reached a significant point in processing may be resumed. Resuming an outbound acknowledgment task restarts the task from where it last failed. The outbound acknowledgment files are delivered to the Gateway outgoing directory, where they are processed by the Gateway Server.

To resume an outbound acknowledgment task, click Resume on the task activity detail page. The task starts executing and the task activity page appears. The list on the task activity page now shows the task in queued status.

Note: This button is available only when the selected task has failed due to an error.

To check the status of a task, click Go to refresh the task activity page.
