Volume by Source Report

The volume by source report provides a view of the processing activity each day in a specified time interval. The results of the report are grouped according to the source and channel from which they were received.

Follow these steps to create a report:
  1. Select a namespace for the report data by choosing one from the list labeled Namespace.
  2. Enter a start date and an end date for the report. The options to enter a date are:
    • Click the calendar icon to use a calendar to select a date.
    • Enter the date with the keyboard. The date must be entered using the format shown in the example on the window.
  3. Click View report to create the report.
