Usage
The Crystal Reports documentation must be reviewed to determine the best way to install the reports and provide access. When the database views are created and the report files are installed and configured on the Crystal Reports server, the reports are available for viewing by the user.
The sample reports can be run manually or configured to run as a Services Framework task. For
more information about configuring report tasks in Services Framework, see Crystal Reporting
Task.
Note: Not all of the sample reports can be run as a Services Framework task. The
reports that can't be run by Services Framework are shown in the following list:
- Forward repair operator productivity
- Forward repair unit productivity
- Operator non-repair activity
- Return repair operator productivity
- Return repair unit productivity
