Error Log

Image Compliance generates errors returned from the various jobs executed by the application. The error log is created by entering the following on a command line: Reports errorlog

The error log report contains the following information, separated by semicolons:
  1. Time and date value for each entry
  2. Enumeration of the type of error:
    • Job request out of sequence
    • Job request parameter invalid
    • User not entitled
    • Image format not recognized or invalid
    • Codeline match field not recognized or invalid
    • Image vital signs failure
    • No image found in document image record
    • Profile invalid
    • Profile not found
    • Security file corrupted
    • Internal programming failure
  3. Error type details for the error that occurred
  4. Name of profile file used at time of the error
