Content rules report

The content rules report is grouped in sections by record type and then field number. The fields that are contained in the report are shown in the following list.
Record Type
X9.37 record type and description.
Field Number
X9.37 field number and description.
Edit Required
Defines whether an edit is required.
After the fields, each record type and field number section is divided into validation type sections. The validation types are shown in the following list.
  • Mandatory
  • Type
  • Format
  • Value
Each validation type can contain the following fields:
Error Code
Error code that is associated with the rule and validation type.
Reject Level
Rejection level configured for the error code number for the validation type.
Override
Indicates whether the reject can be overridden for the validation type.
Error Description
Description of the error code for the validation type.
The following fields define what information is shown for each of the validation type fields on the report.
Mandatory Validation
Identifies whether the field is mandatory.
Type Validation
Displays the methods of type validation.
Format Validation
Displays the types of format validation.
The selection criteria for the report are shown in the following table.

This report contains page headers that provide information about the environment name, release name, release ID, business date, and effective date. The reports use the current rules setup for the active environment, so no parameters are required from the user.
