Within the Same Database

Those users who structure the environments should use the same database to promote the material among the environments using a set of screens in the Business Rules user interface:

1. Select the source environment and the release to promote. This marks the set of database tables to copy to the next environment.
2. Select the target environment for the database tables.
3. The release name in the new environment will be the same as the source; this allows for an audit trail.
4. The Promote/Copy button starts the process to copy the tables from the source to the target.
