Processing window activities force complete confirmation dialog box
The processing window activities force complete confirmation dialog box allows the user to confirm the force complete action for the selected processing window activities. It shows the list of processing window activities that were selected for this action. Only use this action for processing window activities that are actually complete, because it stops the processing for the selected processing window activities and transmissions are no longer released for them.
The dialog box has the following tabs:
Selected Records tab
The selected records tab has the columns shown in Table 1.

| Window name | The name of the processing window for this processing window activity. |
| Business day | The business day that was activated to open this processing window. |
| Receipt cutoff time | The time at which items are no longer included in this processing window activity. |
| Status | The current status of the processing window activity. |
Comments tab
Any additional information that the user wants to save for this action can be added using the comments tab.
The fields on the comments tab are:
- Contact name
- The name of someone to contact about this action.
- Contact phone number
- A phone number for this contact.
- Comments
- Any additional information to be saved for this action.
Actions
The actions available on this dialog box are:
- Force Complete allows the user to confirm the force complete action.
- Cancel returns to the processing window activities page without performing the selected action.
