An administrator creates groups and assigns permissions and users to them based on business needs. For
example, a decision might be made to limit review operators to using only the operator review functions of

Review. To implement this policy, the administrator takes the following steps:
- Creates a group that is named Review Operators in Control Center.
- Assigns operator review permissions to this new review operators group.
- Adds the user IDs of the review operators to this new review operators group.
Similar policies can be implemented by defining more groups and assigning permissions and users to them.
