Creating Client Specific Users and Groups

An administrator creates groups and assigns permissions and users to them based on business needs. For example, a decision might be made to limit review operators to using only the operator review functions of Suspect Image Review. To implement this policy, the administrator takes the following steps:
  1. Creates a group that is named Review Operators in Control Center.
  2. Assigns operator review permissions to this new review operators group.
  3. Adds the user IDs of the review operators to this new review operators group.
When a review operator logs in to the Control Center, only the operator review pages are available from the navigation tree. No other options are shown to this operator because they have only the operator review permission.

Similar policies can be implemented by defining more groups and assigning permissions and users to them.
