ODFI
When NOC batches are loaded, they are sent to NOC Management for processing. When a NOC batch is received by an ODFI, each NOC transaction in the batch is validated. If validation passes, the NOC transaction is stored.
Invalid NOC transactions are used to generate NOC refusal transactions.
These new transactions are batched and sent to the RDFIs that originated
the invalid NOC transactions. The ODFI stores:
- the original NOC transactions with their status updated to refusal sent
- the NOC refusal
