CPCS extract task configuration parameters

The following table shows the Services Framework task configuration parameters for the CPCS extract task.

Parameter Description
CPCS Extract Timings When set to true, the extraction process generates a comma-separated value (CSV) file that contains the times, in milliseconds, that it took to complete the extraction. The file is generated in the location that is defined by the CPCS Extract Timings Path parameter.

The default value is false.

CPCS Extract Timings Path Directory to hold all the timing files for extractions.
Entry Number Applications The entry number application IDs and associated entry number ranges. The format is XXXX(SSSS,EEEE);XXXX(SSSS,EEEE).
  • XXXX is the four-character application ID.
  • SSSS is the starting entry number of the range.
  • EEEE is the ending entry number of the range.
  • A semicolon separates each application and range pair.
Note: The SSSS-EEEE ranges for each application ID are checked against the other applications and must not overlap. For example, X937(8000,8999);ETIN(7000,7999)
ISN Devices A comma-separated list of device numbers. Each device number must be two-digits in length. Valid values must be in the range of 01 to 99.
ISN Device Select User Exit A user exit that can be used to override the values in the ISN Devices parameter with a different array of devices, based on the current business date or category.
Reset the CPCS Entry IDs upon restart This parameter indicates whether to reset the value of the entry number ID whenever the task restarts. This parameter is used only when the task restarts.

The default is true, which resets the entry number ID. You can also configure resetting the CPCS entry IDs by using the manual task configuration.
