Configure WebSphere Application Server for MCRE

Use the WebSphere® administrative console to change the following resources:

Resource Parameter Description
Services Framework Work Manager maximum number of threads This value should be set to at least the sum of the following:
  • three
  • the presentment work threads parameter from the MCRE extract task configuration
Services Framework Engine Data Source, connection pool property
Note: This is a JDBC data source
 maximum connections This value should be set to at least the sum of the following:
  • three
  • the presentment work threads parameter from the MCRE extract task configuration
Note: Failure to set these values properly results in the MCRE extract task hanging when executing the task configuration.
