Reject Items

An item with insufficient information available to make a repair can be presented. When this happens, the item must be marked as unresolvable. Unresolvable items are considered complete for the repair process.

Validation errors unrelated to the data in the fields can also occur. If the item has an error, a message describing the problem is displayed in the text area at the bottom of the repair pages. The item is not repairable in this case. Use the Reject Item button to reject the item so other items can be processed.
