The fields in the following list are shown over the row of tabs. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.

Name *

Enter the name for these building options. This field has a maximum of 50 characters.

Image

This area contains the following fields:

Add Image

Indicates whether the transaction image data is to be added to the transaction records in the form of image view detail (type 50) and image view data (type 52) records. The default value is Yes. If the add image property is set to yes, the following fields are displayed.

Local Image Retrieval

Indicates whether images can be retrieved locally, such as from a local disk drive or a mapped disk drive. Set this field to no to indicate that the images must be remotely retrieved from the Transaction Server. The default is yes.

When the images are remotely retrieved, the Transaction Server hostname and port number must be configured in the Distribution general properties.

Image reference key

Select how to set the image reference key field of the type 52 image view data record. If CIMS is selected, the image reference key field is set to the concatenation of the 8-character business date, the 15-digit item sequence number (ISN), and the 2-character business category. If None is selected, then the image reference key field is not set. The default is none.

Type 50

Select an addendum option for creating a type 50 records. If you want to create a new check detail addendum A record (type 50), select Create. If you want the type 50 records to be included in the transmission, select Include Incoming.

Type 54

Select an addendum option for creating a type 54 records. If you want to create a new check detail addendum A record (type 54), select Create. If you want the type 54 records to be included in the transmission, select Include Incoming.

Views to include

Select the primary views of the image for the transaction that you want to include. The primary image segments property from the segment properties page is used if no primary views are selected. The available views are shown in the following list.

• Front black-and-white (FBW)
• Rear black-and-white (RBW)
• Front gray scale (FGS)
• Rear gray scale (RGS)

Alternate views to include

Select the alternative views of the image for the transaction that you want to include. The alternative views are required when the images for the primary views cannot be found. The alternative views are shown in the following list.

• Front black-and-white (FBW)
• Rear black-and-white (RBW)
• Front gray scale (FGS)
• Rear gray scale (RGS)

Mod4 Type54 Template

If the image is captured with a Mod4 device, enter the name of the type 54 template that contains the information to create the type 54 record. In this case, Image Quality Analysis does not need to be run.
