Filtering

The originators in the available list can be filtered by entering filtering criteria and selecting Go.
Note: The originators in the selected list cannot be filtered even though the filtering fields are displayed on the page.

To filter the available list, select a filter and filtering operator and then specify a search term.

Filter

Select the field for filtering from the list.
-- No Filter --
Do not filter the list of participants.
Partner ID
The ID of the participant.
Partner Description
The description contains the name and ID of the participant.

Operators

The following table shows the set of operators that are used for character strings.

Operator Description
equal to Use this operator to find and display participants that must match the search term exactly.
Note: The search term is not case-sensitive.
not equal to Use this operator to find and display participants that do not match the search term.
Note: The search term is not case-sensitive.
like This operator is used to search for a pattern within the filtered field. A % (percent) sign is used to specify a wildcard, which matches any character or string of characters.
Examples of using the wildcard are shown in the following list.
  • %ing finds and displays the values that end in ing.
  • Bank% finds and displays the values that start with the letters Bank.
  • %ank% finds and displays the values that have the character pattern ank anywhere within them.

Search term

This field is used to specify the character string value on which to filter.
Note: Leaving this field blank returns all participants.
