Services step
This page displays any services that are assigned to the endpoint or sidepoint. When this page is used to create or edit an endpoint, the validation status is displayed near the name of the step. If all of the fields are correct for the step, a check mark is displayed. If any of the fields have a validation error, a red triangle is displayed for the step.
The page for this step is displayed only when an outbound product is selected on the general step page. The ID of the selected endpoint or sidepoint is displayed in the title of this page.
Columns
The columns that are available on the page are shown in the following table.
| Column name | Description |

| Service code | A code that identifies this service. The services that are available depend on which outbound product is selected on the general step page. |
| Service type | The service type of this service. An endpoint or sidepoint can have only one of each service type added to it. |
| Billing indicator | Indicates whether the endpoint is charged for this service. |
| Courtesy end | The time that courtesy billing should end. The courtesy end field is available when the service type is delivery. |
| MICR edit prefix | The MICR edit rules to use for this endpoint. This prefix is available only when the service type is not delivery or outsort. |
| Outsort prefix | A prefix for the outsort rules. This prefix is available when the service type is outsort. |
Actions
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
- Open documentation displays the help page.
- Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
- Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the services that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those services that match what was typed in the search field.
- Refresh redisplays the list of records to show any new records and the updates that are made to existing records.
- Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
- Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the page.
- Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
- Create opens the services dialog box to add a new service.
- Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
- A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
- Select all selects all the rows in the table.
- Delete or deletes the selected services.
- Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
- Activate activates the changes for the participant.
- Discard discards the changes for the participant.
