Reschedule processing window activities page
The reschedule processing window activities page allows the user to reschedule the receipt cut-off time for the selected processing window activity. This page is displayed when the operator selects the reschedule button on the processing window activities page.
The page has the following tabs:
Reschedule tab
The reschedule tab has the following fields:
Note: Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
- Window name
- The name of the processing window for this processing window activity.
- Business day
- The business day that was activated to open this processing window.
- Status
- The current status of the processing window activity.
- Distribution cutoff time
- The distribution cut-off time for this processing window activity.
- Delivery time
- The delivery time for this processing window activity.
- Reschedule cutoff count
- The number of times that the distribution cut-off time has been rescheduled for this processing window.
- Receipt cutoff time *
- The time at which items are no longer included in this processing window activity. When setting this field, the time cannot overlap with the receipt cut-off time of another processing window activity. Only users with the appropriate permission can set this field to a time in the past.
- Use configured value
- Select this check box to indicate that the values that are configured in the processing window are to be used to calculate the default values for this processing window activity.
- Indefinite extension
- Select this check box to indicate that the receipt cut-off time for this processing window activity stays open indefinitely. It stays open until the user reschedules the processing window at a later time.
Comments tab
Any additional information that the user wants to save for this action can be added using the comments tab.
The fields on the comments tab are:
- Contact name
- The name of someone to contact about this action.
- Contact phone number
- A phone number for this contact.
- Comments
- Any additional information to be saved for this action.
Actions
The actions available on this page are:
- Learn more link opens the help page. This link is at the top of the page.
- Reschedule reschedules the receipt cut-off time for the processing window activity and then returns to the processing window activities page.
- Cancel returns to the processing window activities page without performing the reschedule action. All unsaved changes are lost.
