Filtering

Filtering is enabled on the service manager page. The types of filtering are shown in the following list.
  • Base filtering. The fields for base filtering are displayed over each table header.
  • Extended filtering, which is done by using the menu icon in each column header.

Base filtering

Use the filter functions to filter the list of work-in-progress records displayed. To filter the work-in-progress record list, do the following steps.
  1. Select a business day. The default for the filter is the most recent business date. The format is YYYY-MM-DD. An example of the date is 2025-05-23.
Since not all the work-in-progress records are associated with the business day, the following special options are available:
    • All Services Records
    • Not Available
  2. Choose a column to filter. This step is optional. The column name is displayed in the filtering options list if user preferences are set to display the information but not included in the extended filtering.
  3. To display the unfiltered list, select-- No Filter -- from the Filter list. Click Go to apply the filtering.
Note: When the manage the business days page is used to display the work-in-progress records, the default extended filtering is set to display only records in the error state. Use filtering to change the records that are displayed.
