Data Area

The data fields for the item are shown under the image display area. Non-repairable fields are displayed as static text. When non-repairable fields are marked invalid, the field names and values are displayed with red, italicized static text.

At repair time, the participant and participant type of each payment is used to obtain the repairable fields. Payments with no participant assignment and payments whose partner has no defined return repair service are displayed with fields based on the return fields repairable system property values.

To make fields repairable or non repairable, configure the return repair service to the participant or configure the return fields repairable system property values. Change the data in any of these fields by moving the cursor to a field and entering new data. Data in any of these fields may be changed by moving the cursor to a field and entering new data. Attention should be paid to those fields the system considers invalid. Initially, the cursor is placed on the rightmost invalid field with all characters in the field selected. As new data is entered, the field is cleared and the new data replaces the original information. When all changes have been made, press Enter. The highlight changes to indicate the field is complete and the cursor moves left to the next field with invalid data.

Some repairs require data to be entered in fields that are not marked as invalid. To navigate through the fields, use the Tab key to move the cursor to the right and Shift+Tab to move it to the left.
