Create, view, or edit message standard grouping page
The message standard grouping page displays the fields that are used to create, view, or update a message standard grouping. For existing groupings, the name of the grouping is shown in the title of the page.
Create, view, or edit message standard grouping fields
The page has the fields that are shown in the following list. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
- Name *
- Enter a unique name for the grouping. This field is read-only when the page is in view mode.
- Message standards *
- This area has the following fields.
- Search
- Typing text in this field automatically filters the message standards that are displayed in the available list. The table displays only those message standards that match what was typed in the search field.
- Available Message Standards
- Displays the message standards that are available to be assigned to this grouping. To assign message standards to a grouping, select at least one message standard from this list.
- Assigned Message Standards
- Displays the message standards that are currently assigned to the grouping. To remove message standards from a grouping, select at least one message standard from this list.
Actions
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
- Learn more link opens the help page.
- > assigns the message standards that are currently selected in the available list to the grouping.
- < removes the message standards that are currently selected in the assigned list from the grouping.
- Edit, which changes the page to edit mode.
- Close, which returns to the message standard groupings page.
- Save, which saves the grouping and returns to the message standard groupings page. There must be at least one message standard that is assigned to the grouping for it to be saved.
- Cancel, returns to the page to view mode. When you are creating a grouping, this action returns to the message standard groupings page. All unsaved changes are lost.
