Create, view, or edit item mapping grouping page
The item mapping grouping page displays the fields that are used to create, view, or update an item mapping grouping. For existing groupings, the name of the grouping is shown in the title of the page.
Create, view, or edit item mapping grouping fields
The page has the fields that are shown in the following list. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
- Name *
- Enter a unique name for the grouping. This field is read-only when the page is in view mode.
- Type *
- The type of the grouping. Select the type from the list. It cannot be changed after the grouping is created. This field is read-only when the page is in view mode.
- Item Mappings *
- This area has the following fields.
- Search
- Typing text in this field automatically filters the item mappings that are displayed in the available list. The list displays only those item mappings that match what was typed in the search field.
- Available Item Mappings
- Displays the item mappings that are available to be assigned to this grouping. To assign item mappings to a grouping, select at least one item mapping from this list.
- Assigned Item Mappings
- Displays the item mappings that are currently assigned to the grouping. To remove item mappings from a grouping, select at least one item mapping from this list.
Actions
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
- Learn more link opens the help page.
- > assigns the item mappings that are currently selected in the available list to the grouping.
- < removes the item mappings that are currently selected in the assigned list from the grouping.
- Edit, which changes the page to edit mode.
- Close, which returns to the item mapping groupings page.
- Save, which saves the grouping and returns to the item mapping groupings page. There must be at least one item mapping that is assigned to the grouping for it to be saved.
- Cancel, returns to the page to view mode. When you are creating a grouping, this action returns to the item mapping groupings page. All unsaved changes are lost.
