The selected criterion is parsed and displayed in the filtering criterion field, where it can be changed.
- Filtering Criterion
- A filtering criterion has phrases with clauses that are shown in parentheses. For the filtering criterion
that is selected in the list of filtering criteria, the phrases are parsed and displayed in the following fields.
- Selection
- The selection phrase is displayed as several lines in a list. Each line in the list is a selection clause
that consists of a criterion attribute, a comparison operator, and a comparison value. Connect multiple
clauses together logically by adding a clause with "and" or adding it with "or".
- This field has subfields that are used to build selection clauses. First, select a criterion attribute from the criteria list. Depending on the type of criterion attribute, the operator list is updated to contain only valid comparison operators for the attribute. Select a comparison operator from the operator list. The clause is completed by specifying a comparison value.
- Add a clause to the beginning of the list by specifying it and clicking Add, Add with AND, or Add with OR.
- Remove a clause by selecting it and clicking Remove.
- Ordering
- The ordering phrase is displayed as line items in an ordered list. Each line is a clause that consists of
a sort attribute and a sort direction. The order of the clauses in the list determines their priority in the
sort order. For example, the first clause is the primary sort field and the second clause is the secondary
sort field.
- This field has subfields that are used to build ordering clauses. Select the sort attribute from the choose ordering list. The sort direction is either ascending or descending. Select it from the list of sort directions.
- Click Add to add a clause to the ordered list. Clauses are added to the beginning of the list and can be moved if necessary.
- Move a clause up or down in the list by selecting it and clicking Move Up or Move Down.
- Remove a clause by selecting it and clicking Delete.
- Auto Complete
- Indicate whether this filtering criterion defines the conditions under which a component automatically completes work instead of sending it to a review operator.
- User Group Filter
- This field helps you find a specific group in the not authorized list by limiting the group names that are displayed in the list. The group names in the not authorized list change dynamically as you type in this field. This field is not case-sensitive.
- User Group Authorization
- The authorization phrase is displayed as a list of authorized groups.
- Add a group to the authorized list by selecting it from the not authorized list and clicking Add to add it to the authorized group list.
- Remove a group from the authorized list by selecting it and clicking Remove.
