Create NOC - RDFI page

The fields that are available on the page are shown in the following list. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.

Original Trace Number *

The trace number of the original, changed item. If this is a NOC refusal, the trace number is the original NOC record. The trace number cannot exceed 15 digits in length.

Originator Id *

Originator ID from the original transaction. Select the ID from the list.

Company Id *

Company ID from the original transaction. Select the ID from the list

Change Code *

The change code or the refused NOC reason code for this record. Select the code from the list.

Message Standard *

The type of the transmission. Select the type from the list. The default value is Nacha.

Comments

Provides a place for the user to enter comments.

The following fields display both original and the changed values. When creating a new NOC record, no information is shown in the original column. Enter the new values in the change column. When editing an existing NOC record, the existing values are displayed in the original column. Enter any changes to those values in the change column.

Routing Number

The routing number for this account. It cannot exceed nine digits in length.

Account Number

The account number of this account. It cannot exceed 17 digits in length.

Name

The name of the account holder. It cannot be longer than 22 characters.

Identification Number

The identification number for this account. It cannot exceed 34 digits in length.

Other

When the change code is C14, this field is automatically set to IAT.

Transaction Code

Select the transaction code from the list.

The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.

• Save saves the NOC record and returns to the notification of change page.
• Cancel returns to the notification of change page. All unsaved changes are lost.
• Open documentation opens the help page.
