Columns

The columns that are available on the page are shown in the following table. Depending on the user preferences settings, some columns might not be visible. For more information about setting user preferences, see Show and hide columns page.
Table 1. Inbound transmissions columns
Column name Description
Transmission ID The unique ID of the transmission. It is assigned by the FTM message flow when the transmission is loaded into the database. This transmission ID is the one to use for Services Framework.
Received Timestamp when the transmission was received. The up and down arrow next to the column name controls whether the received column is sorted in ascending or descending order.
FTM Transmission ID Unique ID of the transmission. It is assigned by the FTM message flow when the transmission is loaded into the database. This transmission ID is the one displayed on the FTM OAC.
Sender Name of the participant that this transmission was received from. The participant, which is represented by a routing transit number or free-formed name, identifies with whom this work is to be financially settled.
Message Standard Indicates how the transactions for this transmission arrived. The following list shows examples of the message standard.

Processor The name of the participant that this transmission was sent to. The participant, which is represented by a routing transit number or free-formed name, identifies with whom this work is to be financially settled.
Inbound Batches / ICLs The number of batches (ICLs) in the original transmission. An inbound batch (ICL) is a financial transaction that is sent by the sending point and indicates how the bank expects to be paid. If this number is greater than zero, it is a link to the transmission hierarchy page to display the batches (ICLs) that are associated with the transmission. This column supports the column totals action.
Processing Batches / ICLs The number of processing batches (ICLs) for the transmission. A processing batch (ICL) is a collection of transactions from an inbound batch that have similar characteristics. These transactions have the same control attributes, such as state and business day, and are grouped based on their settlement dates. If this number is greater than zero, it is a link to the transmission hierarchy page to display the processing batches (ICLs) that are associated with the transmission. This column supports the column totals action.
Condition The status of the transmission. The status values are shown in the following list:
Rejected
The transmission is rejected. No further processing occurs.
Accepted
The transmission has no identified errors and is being processed.
Canceled
The transmission is canceled. No further processing occurs.
Suspended
The transmission is suspended. Further action is needed for processing to continue.
Overridable Indicates whether the transmission status can be changed according to the needs of the business.
Pending Indicates that actions are pending for the transmission before it can be processed further. Pending transmission records are highlighted in yellow.
Rejects and Warnings The number of validation results that occurred while the inbound transmission was processing. This number doesn't include informational results. The number is a link to the validation results report page for this transmission.
Original Name The original name of the transmission. It is user-defined.
Acknowledgment Sent Indicates whether an acknowledgment was sent or not.
Connection Owner The connection owner that was provided by the route file.
Customer Unique ID The unique identifier for the work flow for this transmission. The work flow ID from the routing file is displayed.
Channel Name By default, the name of the channel that processed the transmission. But, if a route file was provided, either of the following channels take precedence:
  • The channel that is specified by the <channelType> element in the route file.
  • The channel that is configured for the electronic connection that is specified by the <connectionId> element in the route file. This value takes precedence if both <connectionId> and <channelType> are specified in the route file.
Connection The electronic connection that is associated with the transmission. That is, the value provided by the <connectionId> element in the route file.
Connection Channel The connection channel that was provided by the route file.
Connection Node The connection node that was provided by the route file.
Custom Descriptor The custom descriptor for this transmission. For inbound transmissions, this field displays the custom descriptor from the routing file. For outbound transmissions, it is the descriptor that was configured for the transmission.
Test Indicator Indicates whether the transmission is a test transmission or not.
Receipt Acknowledgment A checkmark is displayed in this column if Distribution sent an outbound transmission that contains any acknowledgment records with a document type of ACK_1 for the inbound transmission. The hover help for this column displays when the acknowledgment was sent.
Processed Acknowledgment A checkmark is displayed in this column if Distribution sent an outbound transmission that contains any acknowledgment records with a document type of ACK_2 for the inbound transmission. The hover help for this column displays when the acknowledgment was sent.
Transmission Processed In file to file or batch (ICL) to batch (ICL) mode, indicates that all outbound transmissions for the inbound transmission were sent. The hover help for this column displays when the transmission was processed.
Transmission Processed Notification In file to file or batch (ICL) to batch (ICL) mode, indicates that all outbound transmissions and the transmission processed notification file set for the inbound transmission were sent. The hover help for this column displays when the transmission processed notification was sent.
Sender ID The unique ID of the participant that this transmission was received from.
Processor ID The unique ID of the participant that this transmission was sent to.
Control Credit Amount The expected value of all of the credit transactions in the transmission. This column supports the column totals action.
Control Debit Amount The expected value of all of the debit transactions in the transmission. This column supports the column totals action.
Control Credit Count The expected number of credit transactions in the transmission. This column supports the column totals action.
Control Debit Count The expected number of debit transactions in the transmission. This column supports the column totals action.
Calculated Credit Count The total number of all credit transactions within the transmission.
Calculated Debit Count The total number of all debit transactions within the transmission.
Calculated Credit Amount The credit amount from the transmission.
Calculated Debit Amount The debit amount from the transmission.
Transactions The number of transactions that were sent by the sending point.
Total Validation Count The number of validation results that occurred while the inbound transmission was processing. This number includes the informational results. The number is a link to the validation results report page for this transmission.
Source The source type for the transmissions that are received. An example is electronic file.
Customer Reference An identifier that the customer assigned to the transmission.
Name The name of the outbound transmission.
Transmission Type Identifies the type of the transmission.
Acknowledgment Requested Indicates whether an acknowledgment is requested for the transmission.
Overridden If the condition of the transmission was overridden, a checkmark is displayed in this column. The hover help for this column displays more information about the override.
Overridden By Displays the user ID of the user that set the condition of the transmission to overridden.
Released If the transmission was released, a checkmark is displayed in this column. The hover help for this column displays more information about the release of the transmission.
Released By Displays the user ID of the user that released the transmission.
Released Time If the transmission was released, this column displays the time that it was released.
User State Field 1 This field can be set to a value defined by the user.
User State Field 2 This field can be set to a value defined by the user.
Archivable Indicates whether this transmission can be archived.
Archived Indicates that the transmission was transmitted to the archive landing zone.
Override Attempts The number of times an attempt was made to override the transmission.
Locked If the transmission is locked, a checkmark is displayed in this column. The hover help for this column displays more information about when the transmission was locked.
Sender Alias The participant alias client identifier for the sender.
Processor Alias The participant alias client identifier for the processor.
Sender Alias Type The participant alias client type for the sender.
Processor Alias Type The participant alias client type for the processor.
Addenda Count The number of item addenda records for the transmission. This value doesn't include any of the image addenda records for the transactions in this transmission. This column supports the column totals action.
Business Date The business date that is associated with the first batch (ICL) in the transmission.
Category The business day category that is associated with the first batch (ICL) in the transmission.
Service Requests The number of work-in-progress (WIP) records for the transmission. WIP records are identified based on the work-in-progress type and value.
Rule Set Name The name of the validation rule set for this transmission.
Auxiliary Extract 1 Indicates that the custom auxiliary extract 1 task completed successfully.
Pending Expiration Date The last date that the transmission can be in a pending state before it is automatically refused. This date is optional.
Settlement Window The settlement window that is associated with the inbound transmission.
Exposure Limit Checked Indicates that the transmission was monitored by Risk.
Exposure Limit Reviewed Indicates that the transmission was reviewed by Risk.
Retrying Indicates whether any transaction in the transmission is being retried.
FTM Base Status Displays the status of the transmission from FTM.
