Actions

Some actions can be applied to more than one record. Each entry record on the page has a selection box. After a record is selected, the available actions are shown by clicking the menu icon. When an action is selected, it is applied to every selected record.

The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
  • Set States On lists the states that are available to be updated.
  • Set States Off lists the states that are available to be updated.
  • View details displays more detailed information for an entry.
  • Correct locks the selected entry so it can be corrected. This action is available only when Transaction Correction and Reconciliation is installed.
  • Reconcile locks the selected entry so it can be reconciled. This action is available only when Transaction Correction and Reconciliation and AutoAdjust are installed.
  • Unlock unlocks the selected entry. This action is available only when Transaction Correction and Reconciliation is installed.
  • Move moves the selected entry.
  • Delete deletes the selected entry.

Asynchronous actions

An action that is done on multiple records submits the selected records to a messaging queue for processing. The action is successful when the group of records is placed on the messaging queue.
Note: The status of a submitted group can be tracked by refreshing the page.
