Error Codes and Descriptions

Error codes are assigned a rejection level of none. Tests failing with these error codes do not contribute to an increase in the item error counts used for threshold checking. If multiple errors are detected with a single item, the item error count increases by one.

Error codes have an assigned notification level, which tells whether to include instances of this error code in batch notifications.
