Design tasks

The following design tasks are specific to the development of an FTM solution.
  • Identify interface and message types.
  • Create mapping specifications.
  • Define high level sequence diagrams.
  • Identify FTM objects.
  • Design detailed sequence diagrams.
  • Design object lifecycle diagrams.
  • Build finite state machine models.

The following figure shows the design tasks in the context of all of the methodology tasks.
