Basic Lifecycle Diagrams

Basic state diagrams can be drawn using;
  • The states identified in the Inbound Expected Message Transaction lifecycle and the Scheduler Task lifecycle.
  • The steps identified in the sequence diagrams.

The following figure shows the state diagram for the inbound expected message.

Once the basic lifecycle diagrams are complete, the FTM FSM Model can be developed using the Rational® tooling.
