Transaction identifier section
This section displays information to help locate the transaction in the FTM database.
Fields
The fields that are available on the section are shown in the following list.
- Original Trace Number
- The trace number that was sent with the transaction.
- Transaction Id
- The ID of the transaction.
- Trace Number
- The trace number that is assigned to the transaction when it is processed by the receiving institution.
- FTM Transaction Id
- The transaction identifier, which is a unique number that is assigned to each transaction in the FTM database.
- Related Trace Number
- The trace number of a related transaction. For return and reversal transactions, this is generally the trace number of the transaction being returned or reversed.
- Origination
- Indicates whether the transaction was originated or received.
- Network Id
- The payment network identifier for the transaction. For DCARD message type transactions and debit network transactions, this value is the debit network transaction identifier.
