Explanation
Business Rules Server
The Business Rules Server encountered an XML parsing error during startup, so it shut down. This problem does not happen during normal rules activation, but only when the XML files are edited directly in the userdata directory.
Operator response
Try to correct the XML files. If the files cannot be corrected, either move all of the files out of the userdata directory or rename the directory. Start the server, and reactivate. If the problem persists, or cannot be resolved, contact IBM® Support.
