deleteUOW()

This method is used to delete an entire UOW from the Duplicate Detect database. This method has two parameters, a DeleteUOWData object and a flag to call Duplicate Detect synchronously or asynchronously. When calling deleteUOW(), the user should set the ID or name of the unit of work in the UOWInfoData object contained in DeleteUOWData.
