Actions
The available actions depend on the state of the selected business day. After selecting a record, view the available actions by clicking the menu icon on the left side of the record. The action is only applied to the current record. Refer to Table 1 for more information.
The global actions that can be initiated from this page are described in Table 1. These actions do not depend on the state
of the business day.

| List associated service requests | Icon | Displays the service requests that are associated with the particular business day |
| View details | Icon | Provides the ability to view more detailed information for a particular business day |
| View progress report | Icon | Provides the ability to view a more detailed progress report for a particular business day |
Asynchronous Actions
When performing any action on the page, it submits the selected record on a messaging queue for
processing. The action is successful when it is on the messaging queue.

the selected business day after it is submitted, refresh the page.
