Actions

The available actions depend on the state of the selected business day. After selecting a record, view the available actions by clicking the menu icon on the left side of the record. The action is only applied to the current record. Refer to Table 1 for more information.

The global actions that can be initiated from this page are described in Table 1. These actions do not depend on the state of the business day.

Open Business Day Link Navigates to the open new business day page
Set Current Date Link Navigates to the reset current business date page
Purge Link Provides the ability to submit a message to purge the business days
Refresh Button Provides the ability to refresh the view
List associated service requests Icon Displays the service requests that are associated with the particular business day
View details Icon Provides the ability to view more detailed information for a particular business day
View progress report Icon Provides the ability to view a more detailed progress report for a particular business day

Asynchronous Actions

When performing any action on the page, it submits the selected record on a messaging queue for processing. The action is successful when it is on the messaging queue.
Note: To track the state of the selected business day after it is submitted, refresh the page.
