Add custom attribute page
The add custom attribute page displays fields allowing a new custom attribute to be added. To navigate to this page, select the add custom attribute link on the manage custom attributes page.
Add Custom Attribute Fields
The add custom attribute page has the following fields:
Note: Required fields are indicated with an
asterisk.
- Name
- A unique custom attribute name
- Description
- Text describing the custom attribute
- Custom attribute selection
- This section of the page has the following fields:
- Attribute Level *
- Select the level of use for the custom attribute:
- Global
- Transmission Definition
- Partner
- Endpoint
- TCR Advice
- TCR Advice Validation Rule
- This section is displayed when the attribute level is TCR advice. It has the following fields:
- Validation Required? *
- Indicates if validation is required for this rule
- Validation Type
- Select the validation type for this rule from the list. Valid values are:
- None
- Numeric
- Alphanumeric
- Alphabetic
- Amount
- Date
- Minimum Length
- Specify the minimum length of the field
- Maximum Length
- Specify the maximum length of the field
Actions
The actions available on this page are:
- Help link opens the help page. This link is located in the upper right of the page.
- Save button saves the custom attribute and returns to the manage custom attributes page.
- Cancel button navigates to the manage custom attributes page. All unsaved changes are lost.
