Manage Control Items Page

The manage control items page lists all the control items available in the system.

Columns

The columns available on the manage control items page are shown in Table 1.

Column Name Description
Transaction Code Accounting entry type code for a transaction
Control Item Label Code associated with the availability of a sum in the cash letter
Value Dollar value associated with the control item label

Actions

The available actions for this page are:
  • Add control items link, which displays the page to add a control item. This link is located in the upper right of the page. This link is located in the upper right of the page.
  • Details, which displays the page to view the details for the control item.
  • Delete, which removes the control item. If the control item is used elsewhere, it cannot be deleted.
