Edit Control Item Page

The edit control item page allows the user to edit existing control items. To navigate to this page, select the view details icon on the manage control items page and then select the edit icon.

Edit Control Items Fields

The page has the following fields:

Note: Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.

Transaction Code: A unique code to denote the accounting entry type for a particular transaction. The transaction codes are managed in the transaction codes user interface pages.
Control Item Label: A code associated with the availability of a sum in the cash letter
Value: The dollar value to be associated with the label

Actions

The available actions for this page are:

Open documentation opens the help page.
Cancel edit mode, which returns to the control item details page. All unsaved changes are lost.
Save, which saves the control item and returns to the manage control items page.
Cancel, which returns to the manage control items page. All unsaved changes are lost.
